Maxi Nutrition MAX - ZMA With added KSM-66 Ashwagandha x 90 Tablets

MAX-ZMA is a powerful combination of Zinc, Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and Ashwagandha for night-time support. Primarily, ZMA was created to offset the deficiencies of zinc and magnesium often seen in exercisers and athletes.

These deficiencies may result into a reduce production in testosterone and insulin like growth factor (IGF-1), essentially parts of the engine room that help to produce the right environment to build muscle.

Not settling for just ZMA, Max-ZMA also contains KSM-66® Ashwagandha. KSM-66 is a branded, full spectrum extract of Ashwagandha (preserving all the goodness during production).
