INSTRUCTIONS
Add one scoop (8.75-grams) of Ghost Pump to between 170ml and 220ml of water or beverage. You can also pair this with other Ghost Lifestyle products to create a supplement stack.
Ghost recommends taking this 30 minutes before exercising for optimal benefit.
For advanced users and those over 160lbs, you can take up to two scoops with roughly double the liquid volume for double the dosage.
Don't exceed two servings of Ghost Stim-Free Pump Pre-Workout per day.
