INSTRUCTIONS
For those first-time Ghost Burn users and regular supplement use, take one scoop (6-grams) with 150ml - 200ml of water or beverage.
Advanced users of Ghost Burn Thermogenic and other fat burners can take up to two scoops (12-grams) with around 300ml of liquid.
