We have taken this a step further by using specialist forms of Magnesium and Calcium in the form of Aquamin. Aquamin minerals are derived from Marine Lithothamnion Seaweed and Seawater to give great purity and performance.These ingredients are clinically proven to support Muscle Function, so can really assist with both training and competing.
Alongside this, Complete Hydration includes high levels of B-Vitamins to help fight fatigue
